Logs or Evidence of Abuse: In the first provided evidence URL, harassment and doxing can be seen. The website contains people's private information, such as full legal names, phone numbers, payment card numbers, home addresses and dates of births; this information is used to harass those people, in fact, the entire page is dedicated to such harassment. Some messages imply and contain threats of violence, death threats, intentions to hire killers, etc. The second provided evidence URL links to a message in which links to child pornography are contained. It dates back to November, 25 — the website owner is not doing anything to remove this material.
The third provided evidence URL links to the continuation of the previous thread.
This customer has already received a child pornography and a harassment abuse reports before, the discussion of which can be seen in the fourth provided evidence URL, but the content was only hidden, never removed, as stated by the website owner, who calls himself Zoi.
«Сами треды окончательно не удалены, весь контент сохранен» — «Those threads are not deleted completely, all [supposedly deleted] content is preserved».
As a method to circumvent Cloudflare's and the website hosting provider's moderation policies, they are attempting to create a «hidden board», unavailable to regular users, where they will continue to share child pornography and harass people. This hidden board can be accessed via the fifth provided evidence URL, and in the sixth provided evidence URL, it can also be seen in the website's left-hand panel — a «div» element with a «boardmenu» id, which means that it is recognized as a complete, official section of the website.
«Планируем создать огороженный скрытый раздел, где они будут доступны» — «We are planning to create a protected, hidden board, where they [the hidden threads] will continue to be available».
